Love being able to meet new people and help guide them through a complete mind and body transformation. People would really be suprised what a couple workouts a week and consistancy could do.

Preferably a phone call first, so I can get to know them and their goals better. From their we would schedule an assessment to look over your programming, nutrition and current body composition. Finally we would set up a weekly schedule and start the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE certified professional, with specialties in Functional Training as well as Flexibility Training. I have experience with all kinds of backgrounds but truly specialize with beginners who are trying to build a good foundation of muscle and lose some body fat.

Pricing may vary depending on time of year, sessions per week, and size of package.
How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with fitness when I noticed the positive changes it was making in my life. Not just in my physique but with my confidence and health. Ever since then I love showing people want a healthy lifestyle could really do for them. Going beyond looks but really helping them change the way they look at fitness as not just a chore but a way to relieve stress and fun hobby.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of clients from athletes to senior citizens but really excel at teaching the basics to beginners and helping clients with joint pain or mobility restrictions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Have not been a part of many events but hope to change that in the future.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Real change is going to take time. Try not to put so much pressure on yourself and just enjoy process as much as you will love the results.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is the end goal? Basically, what it is they are trying to achieve and why? Programming might change based on goal and if you are not clear on what it is you want, you might be working towards the wrong goal.
