My husband and I are both former high school teachers and coaches (23 years of experience), as well as former college athletes (football and volleyball ) and aspired to broaden our scope of training by leaving the public education system and open our own Personal training/athletic performance studio. I have been a personal trainer for 6 years now and love it!
I love seeing clients get results and seeing their entire life change because they are able to do things they never thought they could physically do
