What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Explanation, body mechanics, and leading by example. We show clients how to work hard and reduce the risk of injury while elevating their fitness gain.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Recent paramedic, sports science studies at university of Texas. Current holder of Ace certification card. Cpr holder. Played sports such as football basketball boxing track soccer baseball.

How did you get started teaching?
After going through weight loss struggles myself , and being inadequate in my skills in sports, I've made the complete change and dedication to diet and exercise. Now my goal is to help others medically and physically reach their top level.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Knowledge and experience outweighs price. Some charge above and beyond for little to no experience. Here we offer great pricing but phenomenal training.
