I can be pretty "particular" when it comes to rating a service and Drew has definitely exceeded my expectations. Working out with Drew has been awesome! Each session he motivates me to push beyond what I thought I was capable of... including conquering a healthier diet. Let me just say, I LOVE TO EAT and Drew has truly motivated me to become a more conscious eater. He places just as much emphasis on a healthy diet as he does training. There is no question that he is a dedicated trainer! He pushes his clients to strive for greatness! From the early morning (and I do mean early-my sessions are at 6am) to the late evening he is willing to train! I've had several trainers in the past but none have been as dedicated to their client’s success nor were they able to help me tone and see true results as quickly as Drew has. His training & guide to healthier eating has provided the perfect balance of removing fat (slimming down), toning up and defining my shape all at the same time. Drew's sincere love for training, educating and helping others achieve and maintain a healthy body and lifestyle is what sets him apart. Drew is the best! I was interested in working out for a long time before I actually started my journey. I followed Drew's instagram page and always saw him in the garage gym. He was posting pictures and videos of his clients. The transformations were incredible! I knew I was ready to start but I wanted his help. I made a call to see how I could start training with him. The easiest part of the process was setting up the days and times to train. He is an amazing trainer. He is motivating and pushes you to work hard! I don't know how many times I've heard, "Do you want to be great?" I have seen results and lost weight and have found myself saying and telling other people "I want to be great!" I have learned to eat better with his advice and to trust the process. Nothing happens over night. I feel better in my own skin and I'm becoming more confident when I walk into the garage gym to train. Contacting Drew and following through with the process has been a great decision. No regrets!

I’m the kind of woman that needs to be inspired to work out. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy it, but having someone knowledgeable, fun and who knows how to push me through the toughest workouts is what gets me going. A friend of mine found Drew on Instagram and I started following (stalking) him knowing that he lived nearby. It took us a while to find a time that worked because he was pretty booked and now I know why! Finally, we decided on 5am! My husband and friends thought I had gone off the deep end but that’s what worked best for this busy wife, mom of three boys, and full time teacher! Working out with Drew has made me more conscious of how I treat my body. I have incorporated a much healthier, low fat diet into my lifestyle which is also helping me achieve my goals sooner. Fitness training is clearly a passion for Drew and I will continue to work out with him because he has given me new insight, motivation, and let’s not forget, tone! I look forward to future sessions and hearing him say “Come on push through…There’s the burn get through it!”

I kept hearing about Drew from my friends that followed his page on Instagram and I finally made the decision to give him a try, and I'm glad I did!! I played Division 1 basketball and I always led a pretty active life but post college posed quite a challenge when my metabolism slowed down as well as my active lifestyle. I thought I would be able to get back in shape on my own since I'd been exposed to all types of training and conditioning in college but I was WRONG! It took a while for me to admit that I needed help but even after just one week with Drew I saw the pounds melt off! I started working out 4x's a week with Drew at the beginning of January 2014. By mid March I went from 151lbs to 136lbs (back to my college weight). I was elated!! He really pushed me to achieve my goals in the garage gym as well as in the kitchen. Learning to lead a healthy lifestyle requires changes to not only your exercise regimen but to your diet as well. Drew is the best trainer around ESPECIALLY for the super reasonable price. I definitely recommend giving him a try if you want real results :)
