Pricing Plans for Private Sessions

This affordable pricing plan has been developed with two options which all allow enough time to notice a body composition change of some sort.

All private sessions are one hour in duration and include:

q personalized program designs

q equipment recommendations

q goal setting tasks

1 hour session consists of a whole body workout

1 session $70.00+ Mileage
Option #1: 5 Sessions- $ 65.00 = $325.00 + Mileage
Option #2: 10 Sessions- $ 60.00 = $600.00 + Mileage
Option #3: 12 Sessions- $ 55.00 = $660.00 + Mileage

30 min sessions consists of 2 body parts
Option #4: 5 Sessions- $ 35.00 = $175.00 + Mileage
Option #5: 10 Sessions- $ 30.00 = $300.00 + Mileage

($10.00 additional per person)
