I have been doing personal training for 18 years . I enjoy teaching people the correct way to lift weights and helping them with their nutrition and cardio plan. I write a 2 page program that we complete every 6 weeks . A nutrition and cardio plan is included as well. I offer a free first consultation where we can communicate about goals, evaluate through doing several exercises and set up a schedule.
