Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and most important to find out if they are any health issues involved with the new client.
Secondary ask about his personal fitness goals , find out about his existing fitness routine and eating habits.
From there, there is a fitness assessment taking place so I can evaluate his real fitness level, strengths and weaknesses. It’s a standar process that won’t take more than 5 min. Basically a flow of specific exercises that show over all levels of strength, stamina, balance, flexibility.
Then off to personalized workout, dedicated to his own needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA certified personal trainer as well as a fitness Kick Boxing trainer.
I have more than 15 years experience in training individuals. Under Muscles On I operate currently 4years.
From my very young years I have been a track and field athlete, and participated in numerous sports, my most favorites, snow skiing and mountain biking. Growing up I was mostly trained from my father, who was physical education teacher and national and European athlete in steeple chase.
Currently I enjoy practicing power yoga and discovering the endless possibilities and abilities of the human body.

How did you get started teaching?
It was 23 years ago when I started teaching. I was in Greece, studying management and business administration. I continued teaching even when I was working as a project manager in a Greek national Tv station. Fitness obviously was /is my passion!
What types of students have you worked with?
They are different clients I have encountered through the years. That’s the beauty of this industry too! From clients looking for a significant weight loss,to others looking for a weight trimming, or muscle toning. Also I have worked with people that wanted to improve their sports performance. I have worked a lot with people practicing archery and golfing. Elderly people also have come my way , looking for stretching and maintaining their muscle tone and flexibility.
