FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I take them through a fitness assessment to see what we as a team need to change for the better. We want them to achieve whatever fitness goals they want or need! 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have one certification through ISSA. I also have a bachelors degree with a concentration in wellness and fitness. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I am $70 per hour and $50 per 30 minutes. I do 2, 3, or 4 times a week packages. 


How did you get started teaching?

I started teaching in big gyms for over 10 years. 


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with both males and females. Mostly body building and weight loss.
