Ben is , simply put , great. He's very knowledgeable about his craft & as well as being really good at assessing each individual's strong points & the areas that need encouragement. I'm 65 years of age -- Ben is very cognizant of that fact & amends thingd accordingly so that how we naturally approach things is appropriate for my age group, while supporting me in challenging myself to go farther.

I have two certification one through Nasm and one through ISSA. I also have a bachelors degree with a concentration in wellness and fitness.
