About

I am a certified Pilates Barre Instructor and I teach people to master pilates exercises and technique for weight loss, improved balance and flexibility and strong physique. I am a true believer that Pilates changes bodies and I have seen transformations in my clients! I teach Mat Pilates, Barre and my most popular format: springboard pilates. The springboard apparatus is transformative and adds resistance to your training without injury. I have a small in-home studio where I work privately with clients as well as offering small (3 person) group classes where each individual gets one-on-one attention.

Pilates and Barre are my passion! I love my practice as it has given me meditation in motion, physical strength and a healthy outlook on life. Teaching people this fabulous practice makes me love my life. I enjoy so much seeing progression, watching clients build confidence and skill and forming relationships with each and every one of my clients. I aim to provide a safe place that focuses on self-love and respect.

I have all new clients fill out a health survey so that I can understand their body, their past injuries and their goals that they hope to achieve through Pilates and Barre training. 

I am certified in both Pilates and Barre.

I have a standard rate for private training. My small group classes are extremely affordable and students still get individualized attention. 

I have been practicing pilates since adolescents as a dancer and began teaching Pilates and barre at various studios throughout Utah country before opening up my private studio.

I have worked with various students- elderly clients looking to improve mobility and posture, clients seeking weightloss and joint comfort, clients that has suffered injury and are looking for physical therapy to gain strength without high impact, clients that have avoided working out their whole lives and are discovering the joys of movement for the first time, crossfit athletes that are seeking to release joint pain and increase flexibility, and people that love fitness and are looking to build core strength and improve technique. All are welcome and the springboard in particular is adaptable for students of all fitness levels.
