At other world iron we combine our passion for fitness with our passion for all things geeks. Our studio is built around video games, anime, comicbooks, and we even have a gaming room for dungeons and dragons. This means all of you one on one training is done in a geek centric enviroment.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we schedule an hour appoinment (free of charge) to discusses health and fitness goals in detal, and get the signing of paperwork out of the way (we dont do any contracts).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I have worked as a certified perosnal trainer for over eight years, and continue to maintain certification.
- Served as a certified nutritionist for six years in the air force.

All sessions are an hour of one on one personal training
-1 session $50
-5 sessions $225 ($25 savings)
-10 sessions $400 ($50 savings)
-15 sessions $525 ($75 savings)
-20 sessions $600 ($100 savings)
How did you get started teaching?
While serving in the military as a nutritionist I found out they would pay for my first personal training certification. Having a passion for fitness I took them up on the offer and have been training ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
-Elderly.
-Teens.
-Pregnant women.
-Medically restricted.
-People looking to join the military, police, and fire fighters.
-People looking to lose weight, or build strength.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped raise money at an event called "SITFU for Six" to raise money for military vets. At the event we would work out for six hours straight to inspire others towards their fitness goals while supporting our troops.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire a trainer that works with your personality, and dosnt mind answering a tons of questions. Trainers should want to teach their clients and show all they know.
