How did you get started teaching?
I have been active since I was really young and I loved exercise. I played football when I was 12 years old and contiuned playing it along with gymnastics. I started teaching my friends and gym members to utilize the proper training techniques and I realized that I should become a trainer since I am doing it for free already so I became certified and after I acquired years of experience now I am training my clients as a master trainer position.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have different levels of clients, from the beginners who want to lose weight/tone/shape and learn to exercise properly to intermediate who are looking to advance up and become better. I also work with advance clients who are looking to excel in their field of training and learn more difficult skills.
