My work is both rewarding and challenging. Helping people stay active and have fun in their lives is my main goal. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to offer a free consultation to see if the student and I are a good fit. Then if we are, proceed to a one hour health and fitness evalaution to talk about goals and check health and fitness status.
