Watching the non-scale victories is my favorite part of my job. These are small victories each client has that can't be measured on a scale alone. Things such as setting a new 400m run time, lifting heavier than before, or accomplishing a goal they didn't realize was possible.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We always start with an assessment that talks about goals. We then do physical assessment to see where the client is in their fitness levels. Once this has been accomplished, we begin the planning whether it's nutritional, physical, or both.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified running coach and certified personal trainer. I have been working as a coach to students since 2016 for running, softball, and CrossFit.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Online only clients:

- $50 monthly for fitness planning only

- $50 monthly for meal planning only

- $90 monthly for both

in person training:

- $200 monthly for above services and 1 hour in person training session a week. Any additional training sessions outside of once a week is an extra charge of $40 per hour.

How did you get started teaching?

Teaching is my true passion. I enjoy working out but I love being able to help other achieve their goals more! I've always known it was a calling for me.

What types of students have you worked with?

Both advanced athletes and beginners. There is no range limit to who can train with me.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

In the past week I've watched my clients set personal records for dead lifts, finish a half marathon in under 2 hours; do their first box jump, and hit their weight training goals. Everyday is an event that pushes you to limit and that what excites me!
