About
It’s small group training which provides the attention of personal training and the support of a group. It’s an outdoor class which is a bonus😎. We meet at Huguenot Park every M/W 8:30 a.m. I started training women in 2007 as KYA Boot Camp. I’m ACE certified as a CPFT and also have a Weight Mgmt Cert. Come and try it out! Making exercise a regular part of someone's life is huge! It transforms you mentally, emotionally and physically (if you pay attention to your diet!). I work with women who do not love the gym, won't go to the gym. For this type of person, I'm providing something they've been looking for but haven't been able to find.
