It’s small group training which provides the attention of personal training and the support of a group. It’s an outdoor class which is a bonus😎. Making exercise a regular part of someone's life is huge! It transforms you mentally, emotionally and physically (if you pay attention to your diet!). I work with women who do not love the gym, won't go to the gym. For this type of person, I'm providing something they've been looking for but haven't been able to find.

The class is $120/month or pay the drop in rate (space available) of $20/session
