What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Your first lesson consists of a Performance Success Session where we dive into your specific and personal sports goals and how to best reach them.
This may include but is not limited to the following:
-Training history
-Injury history
-College aspiractions
-Past sports
-Nutritional & Lifestyle habits
After goals have been established we go into REQUIRED College Level Testing Protocols.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Human Performance emphasis Strength and Conditioning.
Over 15 years of certifications.
Over 17 years in the field.
Hundreds of atheltes trained and thousdands of hours in program development and coaching.

How did you get started teaching?
High school took me to the point of not wanting to live. I found hope through sports and weight lifting. Now I want to share that hope with kids.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Interview them and make sure they want whats best for YOU. There are lots of unqualifed scammers in the Strength & Conditioning field who hurt youth.
