About

I like to take a more technical and scientific approach to my teaching style. Whether you’re doing martial arts or strength & conditioning, having proper technique will allow you to have a safer and more effective workout in all disciplines. I’m a perfectionist at heart and I feel that my clients appreciate that sharpness.

My clients appreciate my attention to detail and my ability to clearly explain moves or exercises I'm trying to teach them. At the end of the day, we always have a great time!

If you’re looking to learn some basic boxing for fitness or self- defense or you’re looking to get some weight loss or weight gain I’ll be here to help!

It truly sparks joy in my heart when I see the "look of enlightenment" whenever I teach someone something new; whether it's a new lift or a new defensive move, I live for the "A-Ha!" moments.

There's so much more to boxing than just mindless hitting and I've made it my goal to show as many people as I can how cool Boxing is, especially when led the right way!

You don't need to have receive headaches to be a better martial artist. It's just about knowing!

Allen is a true professional. He takes the time to plan each training session and to explain proper technique. My favorite part is the combos that Allen comes up with, it makes training more fun and I learn a lot in the process. Allen is the best boxing trainer that I’ve worked with!

His ability to recognize each fighter’s skills and weaknesses real quick.
He trains different fighters based on their set of skills, and does not coach everyone the same way.
Mana Team Boxing, puts in the effort to try to get his fighters better every day, and does not go just through the motions.
He is always available to be reached via text or phone calls for any boxing related questions.
He follows-up with his fighters by sharing video clips, articles, knowledge, and gives feedback after watching the recorded training session!
He has a plan of what to work on and informs me the day before of what to expect.

    Frequently asked questions

As long as you have a willingness to learn the art of boxing and have a open mind then we're good to go.

US Army Company Level Combative Trainer.

I also currently work or have worked in multiple all across the Seattle Area. BXNG Club, Omni Fight Club, and TITLE boxing to name a few.

I started my Instructing career teaching Wing Chun to kids. Once I joined the US Army, I became a Company Level Combatives trainer. I mainly taught striking, with an emphasis on boxing and hand to hand combat.

After I left the Army in 2015, I decided commit to training people in the art of boxing full-time and I have enjoyed it ever since. I'm truly happy to have found my passion.
