I train people of all levels, beginner, intermediate, amateur and professional. Also I help people who are trying to get in better shape and get healthier. Boxing helps Self defense and confidence along with just getting into shape.
I was once a professional Boxer and seeing people right their goals (whether it's weight loss or competition) really excites me. I'll give as much effort motivation and energy and help you to transform your life. Let go on this journey together. You will love where you end up!
