About

I specialize in making you move better, get stronger, and be faster in whatever it is you do. Want to pick up more weight? Want to blast off the line? Want to hit the ball farther? I focus on rotational movement training and will show you how to use your body to it's maximal potential. Feel better when you move, feel stronger when you move, and begin to move with intent in everything you do.

I love showing people how to use their body more efficiently. I love to show people how to continue to do what they love without joint damage or tissue tear. I love it when people see that they can still move like they did 20 years ago and improve in any functional or competitive movement.

I've been coaching and training people for over 20 years in fitness, a multitude of sports, and as an occupational therpay assistant with a specialty in sensory integration.

I'm a certified WeckMethod Master coach in Rotational Movement Training, an occupational therapy assitsant, certififed boxing USA boxing coach and have worked PNWMMA strength and conditioning coach.

It is my goal in life to help as many people as possible maximize their movement potential in all walks of life.

    Frequently asked questions

My goals are your goals! On first meeting we get right to work to get moving. We jump into some assessments covering movement, visual, coordination, and postural stability and go from there. Even when assessing and building a plan we are engaged in movement. My focus is not only the body but the brain as well. Our sensory systems and nervous system play a large part in our health and we treat the body as a whole.

I am a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA), a WeckMethod Master Trainer in Rotatinoal Movement, a personal trainer under AAAISMA, and certified in multiple health and wellness and fitness certification programs such as WeckMethod, Roundbox Fitness, and Summit Education.

I specalize in rotational movement training, integrative fitness, and sensory integration which is looking at not only the body but the brain and body as a whole. When we work with one we work with the other.

I'm also a certified USA boxing coach, wrestling and MMA coach, and adaptive fitness coach with a focus on kids and adults with autism and other neurological differences.

Private classes are $70/session or $252/month.

    Classes are $20/class or $72/month

I've been coaching sports for most of my adult life. Wrestling, boxing, jujitsu, MMA, Soccer, Baseball, Football, and much more. As a PE teacher and COTA I began training people on the side until I began to make it my full time profession to utilze my skills in fitness, occupational therapy, and sensory integration. For the past 10 years I have been studying under WeckMethod and a Master Trainer in Rotational Movement Training.

I have worked with a wide array of students.  A majority of my work is working with kids and adults with disabilities, especially sensory difficulties such as autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and ADHD.

The second branch of my work with kids and adults that want to get better at their sport, improve quality of life in the way of moving and pain reduction, or to even learn a martial art such as boxing, jujitsu, or even wresting. The focus is on mastering movement pricinples to improve power, stregnth, speed, and a postive mindset.

I train fitness trainers in the use of Rotational Movement Triaining to help their clients utilze movement to increase strenght, power, speed, and intention.

I am currently training fitness professionals on how to utilize sensory strategies in their profession to work with kids and adults that have sensory difficulties. This training applies to working with all kids and adults and utlizes sensory strategies as well as integrative fitness principles to help with regulation and improve movement overall.

If you're looking for a trainer to help with any aspect of your life I highly recommend they focus on using the body as a whole. The term "fucntional fitness" is often heard and this means using the body how it is meant to be used to help improve range of motion, be strong in weak positions, and improve overall health. As opposed to linear exercises that focus on individual muscle groups. This is great for building large Schwarzenegger muscles. If this is what you are going for then that is great. But if you are going for smoother movements and to reduce joint damage then using functional finess or integrative principles is what to look for.

    1. What is it I really want from a trainer?

    2. What is it I really want?

    3. What does health mean to me?

    4. Does the trainer look at the mind and body as a whole?
