Glacier Combat Arts: Sila Voli West, founded in 2010, is a dedicated martial arts training facility located in Rochester and Centralia, Washington. The highly trained team provides exceptional, safe, and effective instruction in a variety of combat sports including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, SAMBO, Kickboxing, MMA, and Self Defense.
