About
I specialize in one-on-one and small group personal training. The majority of my clients are women ages 40-70. Safely developing excellent fitness for this demographic is the focus of my business.
Helping individuals meet their goals in health and fitness is very rewarding. Whether trading for a race, seeking to reduce medications they are on or simply wanting to feel better than they have in years, being part of a team that meets these goals is why I love my work.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to meet with a potential client and find out about their goals, past experiences training, injuries, concerns, etc. before I design a program for them. Consistency is the real key to attaining all your health and fitness goals, so investing the time to create a solid program will go a long way towards developing that consistent training habit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in sports my whole life and have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 7 years. I have approximately 2500 contact hours with clients per year. I have multiple certifications and certificates from American Council on Exercise (ACE), Training for Warriors, and am one of a handful of Certified CrossFit Trainers in Washington. I am continually studying and working to improve my skills in health and fitness.
