Working with folks who want to see change, in whatever way suits them best, is one of the most rewarding pieces of this work. Weather it’s helping someone gain strength post injury, helping someone with injury prevention, helping someone train for their half/full marathon, or just help folks with figuring out what setting a goal for them could look like. Helping people obtain what they have set out to accomplish is what’s kept me training for over 10 years.
