I loved figuring out how to work with different types of clients and their physical challenges to make exercising functional and fun. I truly believee our bodies have so much to teach us if we can learn to really listen!
Polly has great energy and expertise when it comes to fitness. She is a kind and caring teacher who helped me get clear about my goals. Her dedication to her craft is clear and her integrity as a teacher shines through.
Polly is a great personal trainer. She has crafted a number of workouts for me that i can do with her, solo at they gym or even at home with minimal equipment. I appreciate the variety she has brought to my workouts. She is very organized, and knowledgeable and has a great attitude.
Polly is a fantastic trainer. Her willingness and ability to meet each individual where they are is truly special. She is supportive and encouraging in just the right way. She knows how to inspire people to take good care of themselves.
Polly is absolutely wonderful! I first started working with her when I injured my knee while training for a marathon. She knew exactly what I needed to do to rehab my knee and I was able to get back on track and actually run the marathon with a great finish!! She then helped me through a hip injury and now I am finally strong enough that I run without any major pains!! My partner and I meet with her weekly and she plans our training to meet both of our needs. I highly, highly recommend her!! She is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and will keep you accountable to your program. What else could one want?
I offer free initial assessments where we spend about 45 minutes talking about your medical and physical history, goals, and challenges before doing a movement assessment. I use all that information to design a program specifically to help you reach your goals!
