Sweat is a locally owned boutique fitness studio that offers private training and group classes. We focus on building strength through functional training utilizing free weights, bands, balls and other toys. Instead of long sessions of cardio, we do intense bursts to see better/quicker results (body weight, bikes, rowers, climbers, ski erg).
Cassie has over 16yrs of experience in the industry, ranging from classical pilates to Russian kettlebells, Bootcamp, and HIIT.
