Once a month my clients and I do measurements and goal setting. Once a week I check in to make sure they are on the right path.

There is no "typical" session as I individually tailor programs for each client based on their specific goal. For general health & fitness, clients arrive at the session a few minutes early to start their warm-up and dynamic stretching regimen as prescribed by me. Then we go through their personalized workout and end with stretching and cool-down. I'm a certified corrective exercise specialist and can work around and often help improve sports and non-sports related injuries.

I love interacting with people and helping them find the joy in fitness. A great session can range from someone saying "wow that went so fast!" to "I didn't know I could push myself that way". I feel very fortunate to have very dedicated clients and am looking for 2 more to fill out my roster.

    I have known and worked with Morgan since 2009. I was a client of hers at 24 Hour Fitness and followed her once she ventured out on her own. I was hesitant about training due to a previous bad experience with a male trainer who I felt did not relate to my struggles or understand my body.     Ive been working with Morgan for more than 5 years now and will continue to work with her as long as she is training clients. I started with her in my mid fifties and now into my sixties. She is an excellent trainer and an excellent listener. She has helped me attain my goals and has guided me to a more holistic level of fitness. She makes sure that core, balance, and flexibility are included in my sessions as well as strength, cardio and attention to target areas. She is a cheer leader and a realist.     Morgan tailors her programs specifically to each of her clients. Very mindful of limitations and injuries while not letting you get away with slacking off. You see results! Also she sets goals and takes a full body approach suggesting diet as well as workout and outside activity for max health/results. And shes a really cool person!

She is challenging without being frustrating and has a great sense of humor .     My husband and I were looking to get into a steady workout routine, but have never been gym people, and have never been to a one before. We were both hesitant to join a big major gym, so we were very lucky when we found Morgan.
    Speaking for myself, there is NO other way I could or would work out. I feel super comfortable with Morgan, and never judged. Shes an amazing trainer that will push you, but will also make sure you dont injure yourself. The vibe at the gym is so laid back and family-like....very comfortable.     I was never into fitness, but I was always active and had never been “heavy”, but I certainly wasn’t thin or toned either; then I developed hypothyroidism and put on a lot of weight, which I just couldn’t lose.  I was so frustrated, depressed and just felt like I didn’t want to be out in public, so I started working out with a personal trainer who also helped me with my diet.  I learned how to exercise and eat properly and now here I am 50 lbs lighter and much stronger, happier and healthier!  But once I reached my goals, I knew that the long road ahead (i.e. maintaining my new body) would be tough.  That’s when I learned the importance of goal setting.  So, my “workout buddy” and I started training together at the gym; then she stopped.  I didn’t want to quit too, but I still wasn’t ready to self-motivate.  That’s when I began taking group exercise classes and discovered that I enjoyed not only the benefits of exercise, but also the social aspect.  After I became a regular in the group classes, a few of the instructors encouraged me to become an instructor myself, during this process I was surprised to find I had a new passion; I loved inspiring others to reach their fitness goals too.  Since then I’ve become a certified personal trainer and never looked back!  This holds me accountable to myself and helps me maintain my weight loss goals.
