What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We perform a consultation before we start our training. We have our clients work with up to 3 professionals; Personal trainer, Nutrition expert, Health coach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20yrs experience working in the fitness field. I acquired 3 national certifications (NASM, ACE, IFPA). I also have a degree in Kinesiology.
