The most positive feedback I receive from clients is knowing how to behaviorally bring out the best in wellness for inidividuals and adapting their fitness and nutritional programs for all of lifes obstancles. We all come from different spectrums of the health continuum and everyone needs to be spoken to in a language that speaks to them. I have spent over 2 decades learning and training with traiditional and modernized approaches of training principles. For in socially distanced sessions all equipment is discinfected after every session.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always begin our process with a consult. This consultation can be via a call or zoom. In the consult we chat about your goals, possible limitations, nutrition and other aspects of lifestyle. We address your best personalized program to follow. Accountability ( follow a personalized program with weekly check ins) Online ( one on one workout sessions or group classes) or In person.
Once we above is determined I get to work with putti and g together your program and you get your head in check to execute and stay accountable.
