    Frequently asked questions

Each client gets a personal approach in order to reach their particular set of goals.  The fitness journey starts with assessments to get an accurate starting point.  Future measurements and assessment are conducted along the way to monitor progress and make adjustments when needed.  A client is also coached on proper nutrition so that the client can reach his/her goals the healthiest way possible.  A full training program is then designed where the client will have progressive training sessions with me and have training homework to do at his/her home or personal gym.  When clients reach their goals, he/she makes the decision to either maintain or go even further!

I have four different certifications related to the field of health and fitness.  I'm primarily certified as a personal trainer by the NASM.  I have over seven years of personal training experence and have helped over 200 different clients reach all different kinds of goals.

The average rate between all clients is 80 per session.  The price is higher if traveling is needed.  Clients are rewarded 4 free sessions by bringing in referrals that also sign up for training.  I'm very open to negotiations in unique type of situations.

I started as a personal trainer at a commercial gym called In-Shape.  I had a lot of fun working with dozens of different clients including young teens, elderly, working mothers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers, basically all walks of life.

Oops I guess I answered that in the previous question.

I love all my clients.  If you are serious and ready to commit to your goals, then I will invest my time, my energy, and give you as much emotional support that I can.

Make sure you hire someone that will make training fun to do.  It shouldn't feel like a chore or going to a doctor's appointment everytime.  Also make sure you hire someone that will genuinely support you but also hold you accountable and make sure you're giving 100% as well.

Just try to get a sense if the trainer will genuinely care about your health and fitness success.  There's a lot of trainers out there that don't have passion and are just going through the motions!  :(
