    I was 4 years postpartum when I decided I wanted to begin my fitness journey, I had no idea where to begin or what result I wanted. Initially, I was so focused on just getting the number on the scale down, and I wasn’t sure how to even do that.
    Michael was very patient and non judgmental, and explained every step of dieting as well as helping me understand each machine and piece of equipment and what it was targeted towards. (I literally had no idea what dumbbells vs barbells were.)
    I eventually wanted to switch to heavy lifting and strength training rather than weight loss, and without hesitation we sat down and re-created my regiment and I knew this was more the path for me.
    I love that I wasn’t given some “one size fits all” program, and I wasn’t shamed or judged for wanting to change from weight loss to strength training- and that I was able to do it all with the same person by my side.
