Ben Bonser, Functional Movement Therapies
About
A multi-faceted holistic health startup that inspires and produces functional movement within the individual while overcoming physical and mental barriers in clients to attain results. This is achieved through three main services: Personal and Group Functional Movement Training, Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning Programs, and Massage Cupping Treatments. Altogether, these can create an optimal workout and recovery experience within the client to promote the best version of their active selves!
I have been an athlete ever since I was able to crawl and have continued finding ways to be active in daily life. I have been coaching basketball for over ten years at a variety of locations including the USAFA, D38 in CO, Ottawa U(KS), and more. The past three years have been spent with Monument Academy as the Jr. Lynx Basketball coach and, as of 2018, the CCAL Girls Head Basketball Coach. I have been personal training and motivating clients since I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2016. Using evidence based injury prevention and rehabilitative techniques, I motivate and treat clients to achieve improved movement and wellness. I have dealt with a variety of injuries and rehabilitations as an athletic trainer so client medical history is always taken into highest priority when creating regimens.
