As a sports coach, football and track & field (throwers), I know the importance of proper instruction to reach the next level. That is not enough, when you train with me, you also get a strength coach, conditioning coach, and a speed and agility coach all rolled up in one coach.

I love it when my athletes reach the next level in their sport or in their strength.  As a coach it is very rewarding to see an athlete reach new distances, go for PR's, or start at the next level.

    There are many things my son and I appreciate about Coach Hoffman. One thing for sure is his patience and overall long term approach. As a dad Im always looking for results and what is happening now with my son's throwing. From the beginning ( over two years now I think) Coach has been patient and taken a step by step approach to building my son up as a thrower. He went from learning the sport to being the top freshman in the state last season in discus. Now Brian is applying that same patience and long term outlook to building up my son's shot put. Brian is a good guy and a great coach. In my estimation the best coach you could have for your child to teach them how to compete at a high level in shot and discus.

    I really enjoy working with Brian. For the last 5 years, I wanted to lose weight and get stronger. I only knew about Crossfit classes and hated it. I don't like burpees, and HIIT is just not my cup of tea. Lifting heavy weights with Brian has given me a new lease on life. Yes, I am getting stronger and losing weight, but more importantly, I like it. I actually look forward to working out. Brian is good in that he will push you to succeed, but never pushes too hard. You will get out of this what you put into it. Several weeks ago I injured my shoulder in an unrelated event. I thought I was going to have to stop lifting. Because Brian is serious about helping and takes his craft seriously, I'm able to rehab my shoulder and still maintain muscle mass. If you want to get stronger, call Brian. He knows his trade, and will help you, even if you haven't lifted since high school. If you don't call Brian, you should probably hit yourself with a dumbell.
