I have been personal training and nutrition consulting for 15+ years. I will help you build muscle and burn fat, by creating a custom training program, mobility and flexibility work, and a custom nutrition plan to achieve total body transformation. My certifications include NPTI and ACPT Certified Personal Trainer and also a Certified Nutrition Consultant and FNX Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor.
