About
Hello, I am new to this platform which is why my profile is not as developed, and doesn't have reviews yet. I am listed on Thumtack as well. I have been coaching/training since 2016 when I first started my personal training business Rocky Mountain Personal Training Services. I started out as a traveling trainer before Gym Guyz started up and the whole in-home gym training exploded. I am now training at a gym located off of Arapahoe and Jordan, Junkyard Training in Centennial. I am taking on new clients at this time, morning or night. If you're interested in training in a small gym environment where there's less of a crowd, check out the gym online at junkyardtraining.net. Owned and operated by a Physical therapist. We offer lots of therapy treatments, like that of the stand up cryo machine which is my favorite!
We use an individualistic approach to training, especially in one-on-one sessions with a therapy overlay. Meaning, each program or session is designed to not only meet your goal but also include functional exercises to ensure good posture and form. Long term, the goal is stay healthy, and depending on your personal goals, develop good posture, to reduce overall pain and discomfort.
My educational background: Associates of General Studies Bachelor’s of Science; Emphasis in Exercise Physiology My Credentials: American College of Sports Medicine- Certified Personal Trainer Functional Movement Screen- Level 1 United States Powerlifting Association- Certified Strength and Power Coach Red Cross- First Aid/CPR/AED
Thriving on success stories! No one wants to see the individual succeed more than the person paying for the service. When one of my clients tells me they dropped x amount of weight or starting to feel stronger, etc., those small personal success stores are the stepping stones to reaching the goals the client originally set. We're all about the step by step approach to ensure you're seeing results along the way.
I enjoy coaching classes! Classes are always exciting when groups of people come together to work hard and motivate each other.
