I enjoy watching people regain function they thought was gone forever! Many people have been told by MD's and other professionals that they have reached "maximum medical improvement". They have been told they will never: ride your horse again, walk without a limp, get rid of your drop foot, etc.
Our methods address these and many other conditions with great success.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We take the time to listen to our clients. A written intake combined with talking helps to identify 1. How we can help, and 2. What course of action to take.
Once training begins, we carefully monitor movement patterns, imbalances, breathing, and other signs that give us an indication of what the root cause is. Techniques are modified as needed to acheive the best results.
We don't believe standard exercises are always the best thing for most people. Each body is different and needs to be approached on an individual basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sam is certified through International Sports Science Association. He main certifications are for Personal Training and Fitness Therapy. Additional certifications include: Youth Fitness, High Performance Training, Hip and Low Back Dysfunction, Knee Rehabilitation, Neck and Shoulder Dysfunction, Senior Fitness.
Sam has been an athlete for all of his life. Combining Eastern techniques with Western techniques and first hand experience in performance and rehab of injuries add to his training in developing his own unique techniques that promote health and fitness in any body.
