About
I've been training since 1965, and have had the good fortune to work with a number of highly skilled people in a variety of systems - and I pass what I've found to be the most practical and effective technique from each system along to my students. I also make it a point to encourage every student to understand that the ability they gain here requires an honest sense of responsibility and maturity as to how and when it might be used. In other words, in addition to developing good fighters, I want to develop ladies and gentlemen. For details regarding my career background, just Google my name or see my resume' on our website, RMKA.com.
Creating good Martial Artists is much like creating artwork; I begin with a blank canvas, and I do my best to make the end product something that I - and everyone else - can be proud of. And I've been very blessed in that regard over the years. ...And as a side benefit, it keeps me in pretty good shape too. ; )
