Our goal is to help people lead a more health-conscious lifestyle mentally, physically, spiritually, & emotionally using our assortment of diverse knowledge on nutrition, training, sports & psychology. We’ve been able to successfully educate all different generations & all kinds of experience levels.
We have an array if services that we offer. All of our services are customized per person from the style of training we'd inplement into their training regimen to the customized meal plans we create for people based off their dietary choices. We've had the pleasure of working with age groups from 6yrs - 10yrs children, 13yrs - 19yrs Teenagers, & Adults 20yrs up to the oldest of client we've worked with being 67yrs. Being able to show the basics & some of the more complicated forms of exercises, but at their own individual pace

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I will talk to them about their lifestyle, goals, dreams, occupation, & get better insight into them as a person. After that I have them fill out a health FAQ which helps me construct a meal plan or a training guide based off the services that chose and to collect all of their necessary information.

How did you get started teaching?
From the start of high school when I first got into football I had desires to get better so I would take my time to learn from those more experience than myself and as I continued in my learning process I dedicated my time and energy into working on becoming better and as a group and skill and experience I was able to gradually begin to teach others from there are use my education of the sports that I had took on to help those in the respective sport. I found a passion in helping others to get better which lead me to get my certification as a personal trainer.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with football players from peewee to collegiate level athletes, teenagers & adults looking to improve basic fitness performance, the elderly trying to stay in good general health, & intro level boxing enthusiasts. As for nutrition I've worked with people of all ages who want to transition into a healthier lifestyle through their eating habits.
