About
I'll carefully design a specific training program to help you achieve your fitness goal. I will also help you understand calorie tracking. I do daily check-ins via text and I monitor the data you log to ensure we are moving accordingly. You will have to log your calories daily and do weekly weigh-ins (on the day of your choice.) You will have access to me 24/7, this means anytime you have any questions you can reach out to me via text or email. We will do a bi-weekly video call to further ensure we are moving accordingly and making progress towards your goals. We will also adjust accordingly to any changes that may affect your goals which will include me giving you substitutions/suggestions.
