About

I'm primarily a soccer trainer, have played for 25+ years and as a semiprofessional. I've graduated University of CT and have trained premier athletes for 10 years to excel at the highest levels. I also am on point with personal training and nutrition, and have gone way beyond my certifications to know practically how to apply it in real, busy life.

I'll train your kids to excel in soccer, with touch, ball work, and moves training that is far above the average premier training session and more personalized to the individual or group session.

As for tennis, I got into it in high school and enjoyed getting proficient fairly fast. By sophomore year we got to states, and unexpectedly my serve was one of the best there.

Me learning personal training went far beyond medical school, and I learned advanced nutrition and exercise science on my own to train both myself in semiprofesional leagues and premier players all over.

From all the things I've learned the hard way, with only myself to learn, I really excelled in a fairly competitive environment. Technically, tactically, physically, and mentally, I aim to bring the game together for whomever I coach to have the most fun from the experience.

As a personal trainer, knowing fitness and nutrition to a great extent has helped me tremendously in all sports. It should be a requirement for anybody in sports to get the most out of the game, while not getting injured.

    Pavel started off training our 16 year old soccer athlete in skills, and from the start we could see big change in his touches on the ball.     Frequently asked questions

    Whether or not they're starting out, I always aim to improve their touch and fundamentals first. This is such a solid foundation and my method is the best way to improve their skill.

    My way of bringing the best out of the student is to expose them to the right technique, have them practice the skill in increasing difficulty, until they get slightly (but not too far) out of their comfort zone. That way they improve the most while enjoying the training.
