What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Evaluate the client and put together a routine that fits their specific goals and needs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have graduated from an accredited school for exercise physiology.  I am Nasm certified in weight loss, nutrition, group training and I am a former Marine with extensive experience in self defense.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My sessions are 80.00 for a one hour session.  This is a flat rate for the area that I am located in.  My pricing can be negotiated if the client plans on buying bulk sessions.

How did you get started teaching?

I am a former long distance runner and body builder.  I have been helping people with their fitness goals since the mid 1980"s.

What types of students have you worked with?

all types from ages 15 to 93

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

to ensure the instructor is well informed in body mechanics

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

if the trainer is independant, how long has he/she been in business and what is their level of knowledge.
