About
My services stand out because I consider the whole (mind, body, spirit) person when working with my students. I am medically sounds as a RN, physically sound as a certified fitness instructor with a BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition, and emotionally sound as one with a MS in Health Promotion. My clients always tell me how they not only LOOK better but FEEL better. My lessons meet my students where they are and help guide them to where they want to be. I have 10 years as a health and wellness coach and have worked with Drexel University, The City of Philadelphia and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. -Staci Stills, RN, BS, BSN, AFAA GEX
I love everything about my work especially the way I am able to empower my students and help them see the AWESOMENESS that is already inside them.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially, I hold a discovery call with my students to assess what needs they have and how I can best meet their needs. This call also serves as a way to get more acquainted with each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have performed in the health and wellness field for over 10 years. I am a RN and certified Fitness Instructor. I have a BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition and MS in Health Promotion. My expertise is a combination of my education and my experience, which allows me to focus not only medically but behaviorally as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies depending on my student's needs.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching fitness and nutrition while in college at West Chester University. Since then, I have worked with Drexel University, and The City of Philadelphia and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. My passion for helping others reach their full wellness potential increases each and every day.
What types of students have you worked with?
I typically work with moms and women of all ages and backgrounds who are looking to start or continue their wellness journey.
In addition, I work with moms and their children as a host of mommy and me fitness classes and with children during FITNESS JAM parties (fun dynamic fitness using parachutes, balls, hula hoops and more.) This is always a hit at summer camps, after-school programs and birthday parties!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I meet a women who was looking to lose some weight to improve her joint health. Through general conversation, we connected, and she shared that she did not know how to start her wellness journey. She asked if I could help, and I was delighted to. After just (1) 7 day nutrition plan and 3 weeks of fitness sessions, she reported feeling more agile, less stressed, and fitting into clothes she haven't worn in over a year. It warm my heart when I am able to help my students reach their goals.
