About
From the age of 6, I have practiced Martial Arts. I've competed in MMA and was able to travel around the world representing the U.S. in various styles including Jiujitsu, Pankration, Combat Sambo and most recently Lethwei. Training has given me so much, I've always wanted to pay in forward so I decided to become a trainer. The ablility to execute movements consistently effecient is the core of my training philosophy. the beautiful thing about Martial Arts is there is always something new to learn. I actively seek more knowledge to improve myself so I can better help my students improve as well. Your body is your tool so along with learning techniques, I also incorporate strength and conditioning to ensure my students are able and confident in everything they do. I welcome any and all who are looking to learn new skills or improve on current ones and become stronger in the process!
