What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before a new member is able to start a fitness program here at Freedom Fitness & Nutrition we must first go through a consultaton process. This is a process in which we gather information on the interested person that includes but is not limited to medical history, activity level and body composition readings. The is also the time that the inquiring individual is able to ask any question they may have or voice any of their concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff members hold accredited personal training, group fitness, nutrition, AED/CPR certifications and INBODY Body composition machine certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is straight forward. We DO NOT charge any hidden fees or put our members into contracts. All memberships are a month to month. What is advertised is what we charge.
How did you get started teaching?
I started with my own health transformation years ago. It gave me the desire to help others. I lost 30 pounds and started training friends that worked out with me in the gym and then I started a new career in health and fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
Freedom Fitness and Nutrition works with everybody and every body. We are a new faciltiy but our trainers are seasoned professionals that have worked with every body type and age group. There is not a health and fitness goal we do not excel in helping a person achieve.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There is not a specific event that I am fond of. I am proud of all the accomplishemnts i have had with my clients over the years. My goalis to take as much weight off the world as I can.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are ready to start and do it for you. If you are not ready you will end up throwing your money out of the window. Health and fitness can be costly at times so any amount of money spent should not be wasted. take it serious. Change does not happen over night but it will happen if you stay comitted to your goals. Make sure you are helping your trainer help you. There is only so much a trainer can provide, the results are up to you and the path to get there is up to your trainer. Show up and Show out. If you are on time you are late.
