Hello. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Red Cross First Aid CPR/AED certified. I am currently working on getting another certification in Strength and Conditioning.
I provide one on one or group personal training sessions. I will go to your home and/or office that has a gym accessible. If you have a gym memebership, I can also train you at your gym. I also provide no weight agility and calisthenics training at home and/or outdoors.
I am dedicated in providing a safe and healthy exercise routine and can design a workout plan tailored to the clients abilities and limitations. My area of interests include weight and fat loss, weight (muscle) gain, agility, conditioning, and overall fitness improvements.
I am passionate about helping my clients reach their fitness goals and showing them how they can accomplish their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When starting with a new client, I will assess them to determine if they have any physical limitations that I need to be aware about to ensure that they don't get hurt while training with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and First Aid CPR/AED certified. I am currently working on becoming Strength and Conditioning certified and I will graduate with my Bachelor's in Sports and Fitness in December 2018.

$60/hour (individual)
$100/hour (2-3 people)
-No weight Calisthenics and agility rates
$25/hour per person, minimum group of 3 people
