What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process of working with a new student is to first find out what there goals are, physically, emotionally and mentally. What challenges do they have. What issues do they want to overcome. What they expect to get out of my program. What Vision do they have for themselves and can they see themselves having it, doing it and being it. If so that makes what I do for them easier, if they do not, I guide them to that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal trainer and Virtual Trainer with 1000s of success stories. I have been featured in 6 magazines, 1 National Men's Magazine, featured on cable television and featured on college radio. I have been trained by a Breath Guru that jumpstarted my own Breathing and meditation techniques that has helped people reverse cancer, heart issues, lupus and diabetes, chronic spinal arthritis, eye vision deficiencies and more.
