What is your typical process for working with a new student?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a personal trainer with two decades of experience in exercise prescription and technique coaching. I believe that tailored training programs that combine positive coaching, encouragement, and exercises that are appropriate to one’s skill and strength are the keys to achieving optimum health and fitness. My strategies in this area have helped a multitude of clients build the confidence they need to achieve and maintain their wellness goals.

How did you get started teaching?
My life experiences have taught me a great deal about people. Through this experience, I have successfully helped others to regain control of their health and feel better than they ever have before. In addition to my practical knowledge and education in fitness, exercise, and health, I know intrinsically what people respond to and I feel that this makes me uniquely qualified to be a catalyst for positive change.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work hard to build trust with my clients and to truly understand their needs so I can help them get where they want to be. My passion, my calling, and my only goal is to help others realize their best health and fitness ever and I have accomplished this many times over through a combination of positivity and motivation – two qualities I am well-known for.
