I am a college graduate from Springfield College with my Bachelor of Science in Movement and Sport Studies and dual minor in Athletic Coaching and Health Studies. I have been training clients now for 3 years and I am so passionate about my career. Being able to help someone better their overall quality of life and achieve their goals is why I do what I do. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, mobility and stability work, and sport specific training.
Being able to watch clients succeed and reach their goals. Once clients start to feel better, move better and improve their overall quality of life is the best reassurance that I am in the best career choice for me.
