I've been fortunate over the past 20 years to train, compete and coach under world class athletes, competitors, and coaches. This combined knowledge and experience allows me to to assess, program, and implement effective concepts to maximize your time while assisting you reach and suprass your goals.
I enjoy helping people improve their quaity of life, health, fitness and wellness. I truly believe that health is wealth.
Working with Combat and Performance Training, you are taught not just strength & performance from a solely physical standpoint, but in regards to the psychological, and even spiritual aspects that are in fact essential to well-rounded, and training in a complete & full sense. Many thanks to Anthony Childress, who without his positivity, encouragement & knowledge I would not have been able to achieve the goals that always felt beyond my reach, but with Tony in your corner almost anything can be accomplished.
I typically like the first session to be a consultative workout where we discuss wants, needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses combined w a sport or activity specific workout. This allows me to understand your needs, assess your current ablities, and structure a program specifically for you.
