I've been fortunate over the past 20 years to train, compete and coach under world class athletes, competitors, and coaches. This combined knowledge and experience allows me to to assess, program, and implement effective concepts to maximize your time while assisting you reach and suprass your goals.
I enjoy helping people improve their quaity of life, health, fitness and wellness. I truly believe that health is wealth.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically like the first session to be a consultative workout where we discuss wants, needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses combined w a sport or activity specific workout. This allows me to understand your needs, assess your current ablities, and structure a program specifically for you.
