About

SPEED & AGILITY

The speed and agility training consist of linear and lateral movements, understanding how to become MORE explosive using momentum and trajectory through out the entire body. Linking all range of motion from the bottom of the toes all the way up to the shoulders, allowing the athlete to increase vertical, acceleration, and overall power. With the combination of cone drills, speed ladder, and basic fundamental footwork(that is used throughout all sports), you will see the increase and agility and overall athleticism in your athlete.
