I hold 4 nationally recognized Certifications (CSCS, NSCA, NSAM, ACE), and am also certified in pre- and post-natal and post-rehab fitness.
With my background and experience aside nothing gives me more pleaseure to see peoples bodies changeas along with a boost in confidence in them selves and seeking more challenging workouts.
I love the fact that each of clients have different workouts due to their abilities, which makes my day fly by. I also enjoy taking clients beyond thier limitations safely and effectivly.
