Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I graduated from UW Oshkosh with a B.S. in Kinesiology. I hold 4 nationally recognized Certifications (CSCS, NSCA, NSAM, ACE), and am also certified in pre- and post-natal and post-rehab fitness.
With my background and experience aside nothing gives me more pleaseure to see peoples bodies changeas along with a boost in confidence in them selves and seeking more challenging workouts.
I love the fact that each of clients have different workouts due to their abilities, which makes my day fly by. I also enjoy taking clients beyond thier limitations safely and effectivly.
Sean Block is hands down the most sophisticated personal trainer I have ever hired. As a semi-professional rugby player, I needed a trainer to push me to the next level and Sean has always delivered. We start with a health history questionaire, check you body for weak points through range of motion exercises, check for tendonidious, back issues, and exercises that gives us detail on how your body is moving so we can correct it.
All trainers have mulyible certs and have a bachelor's degree related or unrelatd to sports science.

Have realistic goals and sit down with your intructor and outline your 3 month program. Cosisting of strength and conditioning program and a solid nutritional foundation.
