Hi, I’m Darek, an ACE, CPR/AED Certified personal trainer with over 5 years experience specializing in Strength Training, Conditioning, & Weight Loss!
I have a passion for helping people improve their health and their lives by creating fun, effective, individualized programs for people of all skill levels and body types.
I offer hour long 1-1, couples, and group (3+) training sessions in Chicago!
I also offer Yoga and Stretch sessions for people looking for low impact, high effectively body maintenance.

I like to get to know my clients, their goals, their strengths & weaknesses, and injury history before designing a program unique to them.
I treat people as individuals and don't believe there is a 'One Size Fits All' approach to fitness.
