What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We setup a full body assessment and a meet and greet followed by a short workout to test flexibility and strength.
Thisnis where we find out if the personality of the trainer and the client will be a good mesh. Also discuss goals of client and how to achieve them and what program will best fort them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are nationally accredited and and CPR certified. The trainers also get new certifications and education as of as they feel necessary.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a flat $85 a session. I bring 12 years of experience to each session and the individual program I desgn for you at no additional cost, If I deem necessary.
How did you get started teaching?
After retiring from Wildland Firefighting I was in the best shape of my life in 2009 and used that knowledge of getting in the best shape of my life and passing that onto others and turned my passion into a way of helping you get healthy and fit.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types. Out of shape. Best shape. De conditioned athletes. Normal fitness level. Injured and post and pre surgery.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Teaching a busy banker dad the importance of regular exercise and healthy food options. In a short 2.5 months he was able to add 4.5 lbs lean muscles and drop 31.5 lbs of body fat.
This is is no small feat and all kudos goes to him for pushing and dedicating himself to his health.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask yourself if you are ready to commit to a plan for more then 6 months. Do you have a support system or are you going at this alone? Are you ready to change your daily habits and rituals?
